Forms, guides, and reference materials used by Texas Tree Trails. Some are public outreach (brochure, nomination, and property owner agreement forms). Others are workflow documents for volunteers.

For PDF forms, save the template form to your device, enter text in the appropriate fields, then save the completed form with a descriptive name like TreeSpecies_PropertyOwnerName_FormName.pdf before submitting.

Submitting Completed PDF Forms
Once you have completed entering data into the forms, save the PDF using a new filename (such as TreeSpecies_PropertyOwnerName_FormName.pdf), attach it to an email, and send it to the email address listed on the form. Email submission is the preferred method and helps us process nominations more quickly. Thank you for your participation!
